"Our full concentration is currently on identifying those infected and contact tracing," emphasizes the district administrator on YouTube(channel Landratsamt Ludwigsburg). As staff from almost all areas of the district office are being deployed to provide coronavirus support, other matters may currently take longer to process. Further applications for contact tracing are welcome with a cover letter and CV by e-mail to personal[at]landkreis-ludwigsburg.de.
The district administration's corona citizen hotline on 07141 144 69400 is available seven days a week for urgent questions and concerns relating to the corona pandemic. However, the hotline cannot be used to make appointments for the test center or to communicate results. Test appointments can be made at www.corona-teststelle-ludwigsburg.de. Further specialist practices can be found at http://coronakarte.kvbawue.de or by calling the central number 116 117. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, loss of taste or smell or other flu-like cold symptoms occur, the family doctor's practice should be contacted by telephone.
If the test result is positive, you must quarantine for at least ten days. Infected persons must send the list of contact persons by e-mail to the central address kontaktperson-corona[at]landkreis-ludwigsburg.de as soon as possible, as a 14-day quarantine applies to direct contact persons.
