Wednesday: Corona commemoration in the city church of Ludwigsburg

You are not forgotten: This is the title of an interfaith Corona memorial event taking place on November 22 at 7 p.m. in the Ludwigsburg City Church. A round table with representatives from the Alevi community of Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area, the Buddhist Association, the Protestant and Catholic Churches, the Ecumenical Hospice Initiative, the Islamic Religious Community of Baden-Württemberg, the Israelite Religious Community of Württemberg, the RKH Clinic Chaplaincy and the Ludwigsburg District Office have invited people to attend.

Anyone who has lost a loved one during the pandemic can mourn in community on this evening. District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier, Protestant Dean Michael Werner, relatives, hospice staff and hospital chaplaincy staff will also recall the numerous challenges and experiences of the coronavirus period. Images by Kornwestheim photographer Yakup Zeyrek, who documented the coronavirus period for the district, will accompany the remembrance and prayers.

Citizens are cordially invited to come together to mourn, remember and draw hope for the future.
