Lamb pint in Ochsenbach

Four businesses from the Kirbach Valley will be presenting themselves to interested consumers at the Transparent Production on Sunday, June 4, in Ochsenbach.

A promotional poster for a local event titled "Lämmer-Schoppen am Schafstall" featuring sheep in a pastoral setting and a glass of red wine being poured. The event is scheduled for June 4th from 10 AM to 6 PM in Ochsenbach, highlighting regional wines and lamb specialties.

Four farms from Hohenhaslach and Ochsenbach present their work and products at the Lämmerschoppen am Geigersbach. They invite you to enjoy lamb and wine and a cozy get-together at the foot of the Geigersberg. Jule Mayr Weine, Weinbau Gerd Keller and Schülke's Hof will be serving their wines, while the Schuhmacher family's Kirbachtal-Lamm farm will be on site with its flock of sheep and products.

The day starts at 10 a.m. with a harvest service, followed by the opening of the lamb pint by the Wine Queen and the Lamb Queen. In addition to guided tours of the stables, covered wagon rides with wine tasting (from 1 pm) and a children's program (from 2 pm), lamb specialties, Swabian dishes and an exciting selection of wines will be on offer.
