Customers who have scheduled an appointment to pick up their driver's license in Vaihingen may come to the Besigheim branch office at Kronenstraße 1 on the date of their appointment. All other driver’s license matters can be handled at both the Besigheim location and the Ludwigsburg location at Hindenburgstraße 40.
To help alleviate the expected increase in customer volume at the Besigheim branch, customers are asked to use the other locations as well. For vehicle registration matters, customers can visit not only the Besigheim branch but also the branches in Gerlingen, Schillerstraße 63, and in Ludwigsburg, Königsallee 59/1.
Longer wait times possible
Due to the exceptional circumstances and the resulting increase in customer volume, longer wait times are to be expected in all areas.
