As part of the public participation: LUCIE route inspection in Schwieberdingen on July 17

The course has been set for the new light rail system: LUCIE (Ludwigsburger City-Express) is coming and will also run to Schwieberdingen in a further expansion stage. This will connect the municipality and the industrial area and provide an attractive light rail connection to and from Markgröningen and in the direction of Ludwigsburg. The northern residential areas of Schwieberdingen will also be given improved access as part of an efficient rail link. As part of the public participation process, citizens will be able to get to know the project live on site on July 17 during an initial route inspection: the LUCIE team, Mayor Nico Lauxmann and the municipal administration would like to present the project before the engineering planning begins.

The walk starts at Laiblinger Weg near the Bosch parking lots. The LUCIE team will be on hand throughout the event to answer questions and receive suggestions from residents.

The event will take place
