Well-attended "Plan A" 2025 training fair organized by the Ludwigsburg district job center: IT and skilled trades professions in particularly high demand

The "Plan A" training fair organized by the municipal job center of the Ludwigsburg district recently took place at the Kronenzentrum in Bietigheim-Bissingen. It offered a wide range of employers and training occupations. With around 1,400 participants, the fair was well attended and offered both young people and employers the opportunity to enter into a direct exchange.

A busy event hall filled with people engaging in conversations. Various colorful booths display information, with attendees interacting with representatives. The atmosphere is lively, promoting networking and information sharing among participants.

The feedback from the exhibiting companies was positive. Among other things, the stands of the IT companies were in demand. A bank also took part for the first time - it will be back next year. There was also great interest in skilled trades: The professions of carpenter and painter were very popular with the young people. The profession of paint laboratory technician was also well received. It was emphasized that many young people came with application documents, which significantly increased the quality of the interviews. Overall, the employers were satisfied with the organization and atmosphere of the fair.

Young people and parents appreciate the wide selection

The young people and their parents were also impressed. The opportunity to talk directly to potential employers was used intensively. They praised the variety of companies and training professions and the open and supportive atmosphere. "I think it's great: you can talk to anyone and everyone is willing to help," reported one young person. The advice at the stands and the helpfulness of the employees were also highlighted.

The planning and organization by the Jobcenter paid off in view of the feedback from companies, young people, schools and parents: "The selection was good, the atmosphere pleasant - an all-round successful event," was the general conclusion.
