His many years of work over four electoral terms in the district council and on the committees are proof of his motivation to help shape the district of Ludwigsburg, to change it and to make it more attractive.
Karl Schnell was a member of the district council from 1978 to 1994. During this time, he was also a member of the Culture, Education and European Committee.
