In his letter of congratulations, Haas writes: "From 1984 to 1989, you were involved in the district council for the interests of the citizens of the district. In particular, you were able to contribute your knowledge to the hospital committee at the time. As a doctor, your work on this committee was particularly close to your heart. As an attending physician at Ludwigsburg Hospital, you will continue to be associated with the district and the clinics."
