The District Administrator continued: "You also contributed your expertise to the work of the district council as a long-standing member of this body. You deserve our thanks for this." Peter Noak was a member of the district council from 1979 to 1994. At the end of the letter, the head of the district administration wished him "all the best for the new year, above all good health".
