Work assignment at Ludwigstafel e.V.: District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier honors his bet

District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier lent a hand on Monday afternoon (October 30) and supported the team at the Ludwigsburg store of Ludwigstafel e.V. in their work. The reason for this was a lost bet.

District Administrator Allgaier and Pleidelsheim Mayor Ralf Trettner had agreed the bet in connection with the cooking duel, the first round of the District Olympics. Trettner bet that he would succeed in collecting at least ten times Allgaier's body weight in food donations for Ludwigstafel e.V. in his community. Trettner won the bet when he was able to hand over two tons of food to the association in mid-September.

In return, District Administrator Allgaier promised that he would work in the Ludwigstafel e.V. store in Ludwigsburg if he lost the bet. He has now kept this promise by serving at the bread counter, among other things. Allgaier's work was also part of Pleidelsheim's win in the cooking duel.
