Stakeholders of the Skilled Workers Alliance sign updated cooperation agreement - District Administrator Allgaier: The topic of training and further education for skilled workers remains important

An updated cooperation agreement was signed on Friday morning (July 10) by the stakeholders of the Ludwigsburg District Skilled Workers Alliance. The agreement defines the main topics and describes the cooperation. "The topic of training and further education for skilled workers remains important, especially because of the structural change that is in full swing," said District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier.

The Ludwigsburg District Skilled Workers Alliance has been in existence since 28 November 2014 and includes the Ludwigsburg District Office, the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Agency, the Ludwigsburg District Job Center, the Ludwigsburg Employment Agency, the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Industry and Commerce - Ludwigsburg District Chamber, the Baden-Württemberg Employers' Association, the Ludwigsburg District Federation of Trade Unions, the Ludwigsburg District Crafts Association, the Ludwigsburg State Education Authority, the Ludwigsburg District Vocational Schools and the Ludwigsburg District Education Region.

The overarching aim of the Skilled Workers Alliance is to ensure the availability of skilled workers for industry, trade, services, healthcare and administration in the district of Ludwigsburg in line with demand. This is to be achieved, for example, through events, information exchanges or training sponsorships. The Skilled Workers Alliance aims to bundle the various initiatives of the respective players in the district's employment and education sector. Projects of the Skilled Workers Alliance Ludwigsburg district include, for example, a training fair (s'pressiert) and the taster tour. The taster tour gives young people an insight into training occupations through company visits.
