Change at the turn of the year: Citizens can communicate securely with the district administration office electronically via the public authority account

The Ludwigsburg District Office would like to point out that its "virtual post office" will be phased out at the end of this year. From January, the Ludwigsburg District Office's public authority account will be available to citizens 24/7 at service-bw.de.

The public authority account is an electronic mailbox for secure electronic communication within the meaning of the Baden-Württemberg E-Government Act. After registering once free of charge, citizens can communicate securely with the administration electronically. They can use an online form to send a message directly to their responsible office. They can also exchange documents with their authority or store documents in the document safe for later use in their own account.

The Ludwigsburg District Office offers citizens various options for form-free and legally binding, form-bound electronic communication with the administration.
