The Ludwigsburg District Office offers you various options for informal as well as legally binding, formal electronic communication with the administration.

- in writing or on the record at the agency
- Electronically with a qualified electronic signature

In all other cases—i.e., when no specific formal requirements apply—the submission of electronic documents via the channels listed above is expressly permitted. Encrypted documents (this does not refer to transport encryption) are accepted only on a case-by-case basis following an explicit agreement between the District Office and the sender.”
