The Wine Gang—Daniela, Florian, Simon, and Michael—are once again presenting some special rarities.
“We’ll start with a Sauvignon Blanc tasting—young goat cheese pairs very well with this.”
Next up is a rosé, followed by a Syrah, since this grape variety is also grown in the Ludwigsburg district. Vincent from Valrèas will bring a Syrah aged in barriques. It will then go head-to-head against a Syrah from the district. That’s going to be exciting. To go with it, there will be a robust cheese and delicious salami from Provence with black olive paste and crispy baguette from the spelt baker Kleinle.
Anaïs is the owner of the new cheese stand featuring specialties from Valrèas and the surrounding area at the Spätlingsmarkt on Level 6. She’ll bring the cheese, salami, and ham, and to top it all off, Jenny Dieterich will treat us to a tartlet.
