Legal support

Some adults may be unable to work due to

- a mental illness

or

- a mental or physical disability

can no longer take care of their own affairs.

They then need protection from threats to their person
or their assets.

A legal guardian can provide this protection.

But only if no authorized representative or other support
can take care of their affairs.

Anyone can apply to the competent guardianship court for legal guardianship.
