The program includes the lecture "Self-care and humor as an important resource for family caregivers" by psychologist Nanni Glück. Participants will also have the opportunity to get to know various support and relief services from the Ludwigsburg district at a market of support options and to talk to providers.

Coffee and cake will be provided.
