District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier also gets on his bike for appointments in a suit and helmet and appreciates the benefits of exercising in the fresh air. In the city, you can often get to your destination faster and there's no need to look for a parking space. "I'm looking forward to the campaign and hope that Team Landratsamt collects many kilometers," says District Administrator Allgaier.
The district of Ludwigsburg is taking part in the CITY CYCLING campaign for the fourth time in a row. The "District Office Team" has already received a number of registrations from the various departments of the district office, from employees to department heads.
Many local authorities, private teams, clubs and simply cycling enthusiasts have also registered. The aim of the campaign is to make a contribution to climate protection, to set an example for increased cycling promotion, but above all to have fun cycling. Cycling will again take place during the three-week campaign period from July 1 to 21.
