"The uncomplicated format of the fair shows that a lot can happen in just a few minutes. With little effort, the young people get to talk to a wide variety of employers, beyond application letters and selection procedures. And test whether the "chemistry" is right."
At the fair, the young people will meet companies from a wide range of sectors that offer vacant training positions for the upcoming start of training in September 2019. As with a normal job interview, it is important to come well prepared with an application portfolio. For those who are still unsure about their application portfolio, experts from the employment agency and job center will be offering an individual application portfolio check. In addition, experts from the employment agency, IHK and job center will be available to answer any questions visitors may have about starting an apprenticeship.
