The stress of home care can be very high and a few days off or a vacation would do you good. But the relative with care needs should also be well looked after. The "PflegeAuszeit" model project run by the Ludwigsburg District Office helps carers to take time out from their care responsibilities to recharge their batteries. The project focuses on providing care at home. By establishing an informal substitute network, the care of those affected is ensured on an individual basis. This can avoid the need to move to a care facility. The project is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Social Affairs as part of the innovation program.
In addition, the care support point offers relatives, people with care needs and interested parties information, advice and support on all issues relating to care and support.
