District administration office launches customer survey on November 22: Feedback from citizens important for further development - Ten questions in total - Online participation is possible

How can the district administration develop further? How can sustainable structures be created in the district administration? In order to find meaningful answers to these questions, the district administration is launching a customer survey on November 22. The link to the survey can be found on the homepage of the district homepage. The district administration office will draw its customers' attention to the survey with posters and on Facebook. You can also take part in the survey using the QR code on the posters.

The Ludwigsburg District Office is currently undergoing an organizational development process that focuses on the further development of the district office and the creation of sustainable structures in the district administration. "As a public service provider, it is important for the district administration to incorporate feedback from citizens," says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier. For this reason, the district administration has decided to conduct a public survey in which all citizens and customers can participate and are expressly invited to do so. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. IMAKA Institut für Management GmbH from Leonberg was commissioned to design and implement the survey.

The aim of the survey is for the district administration office to receive constructive feedback from citizens and customers and to derive possible potential for improvement from this and implement it in the further course of the project.

A total of ten questions were formulated for the survey so that it only takes around five to ten minutes to complete. You can take part online via the homepage of the district administration's website www.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de and via the QR code on the posters. It is also possible to answer the questions using a paper questionnaire - these are available at central points of contact at the district office (see list below).

After the end of the survey on December 13, the results will be evaluated and analyzed. The public will be informed of the results during the first quarter of 2022.
