In his congratulatory letter, the head of the district administration writes: "You have been a member of the district council since 2014 and have helped shape the development of the district. You have been particularly involved in the youth welfare committee and the social committee. I am delighted that you were re-elected to the district council in 2019 and will continue to contribute your experience to local political work." District Administrator Haas thanked Liepins "for her commitment to the benefit of the district and its citizens" and wished her "all the best, but above all good health" and "a wonderful celebration with your family, friends and acquaintances".
