The aim of the job fair was to bring employers and jobseekers from the district together in an uncomplicated way. Applicants were able to get to know potential employers directly in a compact and personal atmosphere - without long application channels.
Wide range of occupational fields on offer
Seven companies from the region took the opportunity to present themselves and their vacancies:Bäckerei Katz, Coolblue GmbH, Deutsche Bahn, k1groop, RKH-Klinikum, WISAGAG and Better Taste Holding GmbH / Catering Experts.
The companies presented a wide range of professions - from sales, kitchen, cleaning and security to office and distribution tobuilding services and assembly.
Finding a new job in a personal interview
"JobPerspektive has shown how valuable direct encounters between employers and applicants are. Real contacts are made here in a short space of time - that is often the decisive step towards a new job," says Anche Hagenbruch,Head of the company advice section of the Ludwigsburg district job center.
The targeted networking of local companies with applicants from the district has created new prospects for both sides.
