The regulations of the updated Corona Ordinance of the state and the Federal Emergency Brake stipulate that the incidence must remain stable below 100 for five consecutive working days in order for easing to be possible. The easing of restrictions then comes into force on the day after next.
In the district of Ludwigsburg, the value on a working day was below this limit again for the first time on Tuesday, May 25. If the positive trend in infection figures continues, the next easing of restrictions would come into force from Monday, May 31. This would allow restaurants, hotels and vacation apartments to open from Monday, subject to conditions. In addition, museums, adult education centers, body-related services and outdoor areas of swimming pools could reopen under certain conditions. Outdoor recreational sports for up to 20 people are possible again. Cultural events in outdoor areas with up to 100 people will also be permitted. Contact restrictions will also be relaxed so that meetings of up to five people from two households will be permitted again. The night-time curfew would also be lifted.
Further easing (opening stage 2) is on the cards if the incidence in the district continues to show a downward trend for 14 days after this opening stage. First state official Jürgen Vogt is pleased about the positive incidence trend. However, the current trend should not lead us to neglect precautionary measures.
