District leisure buses soon back on the road at weekends and on public holidays: "Stromer" starts the season on April 1, WeinKulTourer on May 1

The leisure buses of the Ludwigsburg district offer excursions to interesting places and beautiful landscapes at weekends and on public holidays. The "Stromer" starts the leisure bus season on April 1 and runs on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until November 5. The "WeinKulTourer" starts its season on May 1 and runs on Sundays and public holidays until October 22.

A red bus with the route number "STROMER" approaches on a winding road, surrounded by lush greenery and hills. The scene captures a clear day, highlighting the bus's prominent color against the natural backdrop.

The "Stromer" leisure bus line (line 572) takes you from Bietigheim-Bissingen to the Tripsdrill adventure park or on a cycling trip to Kirbachtal or the Stromberg-Heuchelberg nature park. The "WeinKulTourer" (line 464) connects Marbach and Besigheim via the wine regions in the Bottwar and Neckar valleys.

The Stuttgart Transport and Tariff Association (VVS) fare applies on the buses along the entire route and bicycles can be transported free of charge on a trailer. Groups are requested to register in advance with the bus company FMO (Tel. 0711 66607-100, e-mail: info[at]fmobus.de).

The timetable for the leisure buses and information on the towns and communities along the route as well as the Tripsdrill adventure park can be found in the accompanying brochures, which can also be downloaded from the Internet at www.stromer-bus.de or weinkultourer.de. Tips for excursions are available from the VVS at www.orange-seiten.de.
