Notices are currently being sent out: Fees for the model household remain stable

The annual notices for waste fees are currently being sent out by post. Households, businesses and property management companies will receive their current notices from February 23, 2026. The good news is that the fees will remain stable for the sample household. A four-person household with a 120-liter organic waste garbage can and a 120-liter residual waste garbage can, each emptied ten times a year, will continue to pay the same amount as last year. Those who separate their waste well and dispose of less residual waste than in previous years may even be able to save money.

At the same time, the digital offering for customers is being expanded. Commercial businesses and property managers can now also order services online via the joint customer portal of the Ludwigsburg district and AVL GmbH (kundenportalabfall-lb.de). This requires initial registration in the customer portal with the booking reference and a password. Each recipient of the notice will receive an information sheet on the customer portal with the notice, which also contains the password.

Switching to digital retrieval brings advantages

Anyone who registers in the customer portal also has the option of switching to digital retrieval of their fee notice in future. The notice will then no longer be sent by post, but will be made available for download on the portal. Customers will receive an e-mail notification as soon as a new notice is available. Those who make the switch are not only actively doing something for their carbon footprint, but also ensuring that they have permanent access to their notification data.
