An accident conspicuity in connection with a green arrow is defined as two or more accidents with personal injury, three accidents with serious traffic violations or five accidents with minor traffic violations within a period of three years.

Two accidents involving personal injury were recorded there within three years. An extended accident investigation revealed that in the same period, two further accidents with material damage recorded by the police were caused by the green arrow.
According to road traffic regulations, the green arrow must therefore be removed as soon as possible.
