Start of training in 2025: District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier welcomes over 30 new trainees and students

District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier gave a warm welcome to the new trainees and students at the Ludwigsburg District Office on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Even before the official start of training on September 1, 2025, the new recruits met with the district administrator for a first meeting and group photo. "Our junior staff are an important driving force for the future of our administration. They bring fresh ideas, commitment and new perspectives - I am particularly looking forward to that," said Allgaier in his welcoming address.

Starting signal for professional life: District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier (l.), Head of Training Stephanie Brand (front right) and employees Tanja Glück (2nd from right) and Alina Krusemark (3rd from right) warmly welcomed the new trainees and students to the District Office (Ludwigsburg District Office).

This year, junior staff are starting in a particularly wide range of specialist areas - in addition to established fields of work, for the first time also in the areas of freight transport and real estate, civil protection, the district administrator's office, asylum accommodation and care assistance.

The trainees and students spend their first working days together at induction days, which are organized in cooperation with several departments. In addition to gaining professional insights, the focus here is on getting to know each other - supported by a mentoring program that accompanies the new colleagues from the very beginning. From September 8, the junior staff will then start in their departments.
