In incidence level 2, 15 people from a maximum of four households may come together in private (children of these households and up to 5 other children up to and including 13 years of age do not count). Private parties can take place outdoors with a maximum of 200 people (previously 300), in closed rooms with the same number of people, but in compliance with the 3 Gs (vaccinated, recovered or tested). At public events and sporting competitions, the permitted number of people outdoors has been reduced from 1,500 to a maximum of 750; if there are more than 200 people, masks must be worn. A maximum of 250 people are permitted indoors. Nothing has changed in the catering sector: there are no restrictions on the number of people and the 3 Gs are not compulsory. Only smoking is generally prohibited in closed rooms (and of course the hygiene concept and data processing, e.g. with Luca). All regulations in detail can be found clearly prepared in the "Step-by-step plan for safe opening steps" (pdf file), also linked on the homepage of the Ludwigsburg district under the information about the corona virus.
Unfortunately, in the district of Ludwigsburg - as in the whole of Germany - it can be observed that the willingness to vaccinate is declining, says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier. "However, vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 is urgently needed to prevent a fourth wave of infection in the fall, as predicted by scientists, or at least to ensure that it is flatter. If we slack off on vaccination, the delta variant will have an easy time spreading," says District Administrator Allgaier. He therefore draws attention to the vaccination offer in the district: "In the Ludwigsburg district vaccination centers (KIZ) you can get vaccinated with and without an appointment with different vaccines - there are now enough available. So please get vaccinated for your own benefit and that of your fellow citizens!" the head of the district authority appeals to citizens. The district administrator also makes it clear that it is incomprehensible if some people do not take advantage of the vaccination offers: "In the event that we get into a fourth wave, I am in favor of restrictions for unvaccinated people - at least for professional groups who have a lot of contact with unvaccinated and vulnerable groups of people, there should be a vaccination obligation that the federal government would have to issue. The state should also take the opportunity to use the new Corona Ordinance to set an example for the attractiveness of vaccination."
