Future strategy presented
With its new future strategy, the district of Ludwigsburg is laying the foundations for the further development of the business location. 20 projects in five fields of action are intended to ensure long-term competitiveness.
Electrification of vehicle fleets: support for companies
The Baden-Württemberg State Energy Agency (KEA-BW) supports companies in the electrification of their vehicle fleets. Practical information, analysis tools and decision-making aids are available free of charge via the fleet platform.
Free energy consultations for companies - until the end of 2025
Companies in the Ludwigsburg district can still benefit from the LEA's subsidized energy and decarbonization consultations until the end of 2025. The consultations identify potential savings and support the switch to renewable energies.
Energy Bottwartal: Sustainable energy supply for the region
With the newly founded energy company "Energie Bottwartal", the town of Großbottwar and Stadtwerke Calw are joining forces for a regional, sustainable energy supply. The aim is to strengthen local value creation and expand energy independence in the Bottwartal.

The Welcome Service Region Stuttgart (WSRS) offers regular consultation hours at the Ludwigsburg District Office. Companies and international skilled workers receive free advice on employment, integration and taking up work. The next consultation will take place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9 am to 12 pm.
