Symposium: Inclusion in Child Care Centers
The symposium will feature practical insights and a variety of opportunities for discussion on the topic of inclusion in early childhood education centers. Key topics include involvement, participation, observation, and documentation, as well as sensitively addressing diversity, poverty, and discrimination.
From the orientation period to daily collaboration with children, families, and staff, the goal is to recognize individual needs, carefully manage transitions, and strengthen shared learning and life in the daycare center.
Participants can expect five different workshops with varying focal points and expert speakers from various fields—including medicine and speech therapy.
Practical examples and concrete ideas will help foster an inclusive and appreciative culture in the day-to-day life of the daycare center.
