District Administrator Allgaier expressed his thanks and said: "The focus of the friendship between the Upper Galilee and the district of Ludwigsburg has always been on young people - the orchestra project with the rousing joint final concert at the Clore Center was the best proof of this. Unfortunately, such great projects are not possible at the moment because of the war." The orchestra project took place as part of a district council delegation visit to mark the 40th anniversary of the friendship from the end of August to the beginning of September 2023.

On Monday (April 15), Wolfgang Klein, Chairman of the Ludwigsburg District Wind Music Association, presented District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier with a photo book and a collage of pictures of the 2023 German-Israeli orchestra project in the partner district of Upper Galilee.
