Full road closure for the renewal of the K 1638 near Hohenhaslach

The district road between Hohenhaslach and Sersheim needs a new surface. During the construction work, the K 1638 will be closed from Monday, July 15.

A road construction scene shows workers operating heavy machinery, including a paver and a truck, alongside an open field. The sky is clear with a few clouds, and trees are in the background. The focus is on the construction activity and the environment.

The district road 1638 between Sersheim and Hohenhaslach will be fully closed from July 15. The closure is expected to last until August 9. A detour is signposted via the L 1125 and the L 1110.

The district road will be resurfaced on the section between the TAL pumping station and Hohenhaslach. The remaining section in the direction of Sersheim was already repaired last year. From July 15, the town of Sachsenheim will be carrying out sewer work in Niederhaslach in the run-up to the resurfacing work.

The detour will be via the L 1125, through Großsachsenheim and the L 1110 in the direction of Hohenhaslach. All construction work should be completed by August 9th.

The district office asks all road users for their understanding for any traffic obstructions, especially in the detour area.
