Many women are very concerned about climate protection. However, they are rarely found in management positions. With the discussion round on Thursday, April 25, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the occasion of the Women's Info Days, the LEA (Energieagentur Kreis Ludwigsburg) is encouraging women to take up leadership positions in climate protection and actively help shape the energy transition.
At the event, three women will share their personal stories as leaders in climate protection: Esther Fischer is Managing Director of the LEA, Angela Gewiese runs several community solar plants as Managing Director and Birgit Mertens successfully promotes climate protection projects in her municipality as Mayor of Niefern-Öschelbronn.

In addition to her successes, the discussion will also focus on dealing with stress and social hurdles such as balancing work and family life. All interested parties are welcome to listen and ask questions afterwards.
