During the Whitsun vacations, the Strohgäubahn will not be able to run on the entire route. Buses will be used as a substitute. During the hourly service, the replacement buses will arrive in Korntal on the half hour and not on the hour as usual. Bicycles can only be taken on the buses to a limited extent.
At the same time as the track construction work, road construction work is taking place between Weilimdorf and Korntal. There may therefore be delays in rail replacement services in this section. The replacement buses coming from Strohgäu will stop at Weilimdorf Bf (underpass) to get off and ensure a reliable transfer to the S-Bahn.
