Stadtbahn: Managing Director leaves special-purpose association - position to be re-advertised immediately - separation by mutual agreement

Frank von Meißner is resigning from his position as Managing Director of the Zweckverband Stadtbahn im Landkreis Ludwigsburg. This has been agreed by von Meißner and the administrative board of the special-purpose association. At the same time, the special-purpose association has authorized its chairman, District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier, to conclude a termination agreement with von Meißner.

A man in an orange safety vest addresses a crowd on a street, while another person in a similar vest stands nearby. The audience, consisting of various individuals, appears to be engaged and listening attentively. The scene suggests a community discussion or event.

District Administrator: thanks for commitment and valuable cooperation

Von Meißner is leaving the special-purpose association for personal reasons. The collaboration is therefore being terminated by mutual agreement and on the best of terms. "We would like to thank Frank von Meißner for his commitment and valuable collaboration over the past few years. He 'helped give birth' to our Lucie light rail system and made a significant contribution to its success to date," said District Administrator Allgaier. "This step is being taken in a friendly and respectful manner, and we wish Mr. von Meißner all the best and continued success for his professional and personal future."

Professional expertise to be retained

As an external strategic consultant, von Meißner will continue to provide partial support for the light rail project. "I am happy to continue contributing my professional expertise to this forward-looking rail infrastructure project in the Ludwigsburg district," says von Meißner. "It was a great pleasure for me to play a leading role in planning Lucie's first steps and I am looking forward to seeing this project become more and more visible. Nevertheless, I have decided to reset my personal priorities, which is why I will no longer be able to continue as Managing Director."

Personnel consultancy coordinates search for new Managing Director

The search for a successor for the position of Managing Director will begin immediately. The district will involve a specialized recruitment agency in the search.
