The many cycling and hiking routes not only include lakes, but also museums, wine taverns and even the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Maulbronn Abbey. The picturesque cycle paths are ideal for e-bikes, touring bikes and gravel bikes. They can be ridden as circular tours, varied day trips or even as multi-day tours and overnighters as a special adventure. They offer the right experience for every type of cyclist, especially families.
Try out the hillside sofa: wooden loungers invite you to relax
Throughout the hill country, those seeking relaxation will repeatedly come across a hillside sofa where they can rest, relax and enjoy the view. "I am delighted that there are now more than 100 of these wooden loungers, all of which invite you to relax," says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier. The hill sofas initiative further strengthens the connection between experiencing nature and relaxation.
Anyone who wants to try out one of these hill sofas will have the opportunity to do so during the exhibition period.
