New digital service from the Ludwigsburg district job center: you can now also apply for unemployment benefit II online

The Ludwigsburg district job center is offering a new digital service: new applications for unemployment benefit II can now be submitted online at the Ludwigsburg district job center. "In the current times, we consider this to be a great advantage in order to be able to offer financial support to those entitled to benefits as quickly as possible. I am delighted that we are able to offer the online application portal as the next forward-looking component of our digitalization strategy at the Ludwigsburg district job center," says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier.

A modern building features large glass windows. In front, a prominent sign displays the number "4" and the word "Jobcenter," indicating the location of a job center in Lüneburg. Surrounding trees add greenery to the urban setting.

Users can submit new applications and attach annexes without having to appear on site. When completing the application, users are guided step by step with clear instructions until they have a plausible application. However, the application is only the first step, as the Jobcenter assumes that a personal interview - currently by telephone due to the coronavirus pandemic - and further documents will still be required before a final decision can be made on the application.

Users can find the application portal directly on the homepage of the Ludwigsburg district job center under "Apply for unemployment benefit II online" at https://jobcenter.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de/
