New municipal representative for the interests of people with disabilities in the district of Ludwigsburg starts on April 1

Claudia Lychacz will succeed Dr. Eckart Bohn as the new municipal representative for the interests of people with disabilities in the district of Ludwigsburg on April 1. Dr. Bohn will be stepping down due to his age. In contrast to previous practice, Claudia Lychacz will hold the office full-time in future. The district council decided to fill the position at the end of last year.

Claudia Lychacz is a social worker and previously worked at the EUTB, the supplementary independent participation advice center for people with disabilities in the district. The 42-year-old is therefore familiar with the challenges and issues relating to her new role from her previous practice and already has many local networks at her disposal.

In addition to her professional expertise, Claudia Lychacz also brings her own personal expertise as a blind woman and her guide dog. "We are very pleased that we were able to recruit Ms. Lychacz with her diverse experience for the office and are sure that she will bring a lot of impetus for inclusion and equality for people with disabilities," says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier.
