MIXEDMEDIA - Guided tour for blind and visually impaired people

For many years, the Ludwigsburg District Office has not only been an administrative authority, but also a lively place for art and culture. On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, there will be a guided tour through the current exhibition "MIXEDMEDIA" especially for blind and visually impaired people from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Ludwigsburg District Hall, Hindenburgstraße 40, as part of the "Art in the District Hall" series.

Das Bild zeigt eine künstlerische Nahaufnahme eines Auges, umgeben von lebhaften, bunten Farbspritzern in Lila, Gelb und Pink. Die Details des Auges sind gut ausgearbeitet, während der Hintergrund aus abstrakten Farbmustern besteht, die eine dynamische und emotionale Atmosphäre schaffen.

Susanne Kroll, curator and head of the art department at the Kreishaus, describes selected works, provides background information and answers questions. She will be supported by Claudia Lychacz, the local representative for the disabled in the Ludwigsburg district, who is blind herself.

The guided tour is free of charge and is aimed at all interested blind and visually impaired people. Accompanying persons and assistance dogs are very welcome. The "MIXEDMEDIA" exhibition at the Ludwigsburg District Hall can be visited until February 26, 2026.
