Through their dedication, he said, they had helped ensure that the administration’s responsibilities were reliably fulfilled over many years and had served as competent points of contact for the citizens.

District Administrator: Long-standing commitment deserves recognition and appreciation

In his speech, Allgaier emphasized that experienced employees are an important pillar of support, especially in times of change. They have helped navigate changes, passed on their knowledge, and actively shaped the development of the District Office. “It is by no means a given today to remain loyal to an employer for many decades,” he said. This long-standing commitment therefore deserves all the more recognition and appreciation.

Experienced Employees Provide Guidance Through Their Knowledge

Looking to the future, Allgaier emphasized that the world of work will continue to change. That is precisely why experienced and dedicated employees are indispensable. With their knowledge, experience, and reliability, they provide guidance and help us overcome challenges together.

As a token of gratitude, Allgaier presented the honorees with certificates, wine, and orchids. He wished them all the best for their future professional and personal journeys, as well as continued joy and success in their work at the district administration office.
