District Administrator Dr. Rainer Haas bids farewell to new retirees

A total of 43 employees of the district administration office retired or entered the leisure phase of retirement during the course of the year. They worked for the district administration office for a total of 1,039 years or for the authorities that have been incorporated into the district administration office. District Administrator Dr. Rainer Haas personally bid farewell to 17 new retirees at a small ceremony in the district hall on Tuesday afternoon. Haas thanked them for their many years of commitment and loyalty to the district administration.

A group of 20 people stands together in a well-lit indoor space, with a Christmas tree in the background. They are dressed in various colors and styles, smiling at the camera. A banner reading "STOPP MASERN!" is visible above them.

The head of the district administration reviewed the past year from the district's perspective and briefly addressed the topics of mobility, clinics, climate, digitalization and the budget. He then wished the new retirees "good health and good spirits in retirement and a wonderful Christmas season". A wind ensemble from the district administration office provided the musical backdrop to the event.
