The two visitors signed the district's guest book. They were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Jörg Martin, Managing Director of Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH. Dr. Mosa Shhade gained an insight into general orthopaedics at the Markgröningen Orthopaedic Clinic and in-depth knowledge, particularly in the field of hand surgery. Loay Zaknoun was particularly interested in the structure and processes of nursing management and gained information in the areas of intensive care and pediatrics.

District Administrator Dr. Rainer Haas recently welcomed two employees of the ZIV Medical Center Zefat in the Israeli partner district of Upper Galilee to his office. The orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Mosa Shhade and the head of nursing Loay Zaknoun were guests at the RKH Klinikum Ludwigsburg for a week as part of a work shadowing program. A cooperation agreement between Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH and the ZIV Medical Center in Zefat has been in place since 2015.
