District Administrator Dr. Haas recognizes and honours retiring and re-elected district councillors

Following the last meeting of the district council elected for five years in 2014, District Administrator Dr. Rainer Haas paid tribute to and honored outgoing and re-elected district councillors. "Thank you for the good cooperation and trusting and constructive collaboration in the district council, thank you for the many good projects and plans that we have initiated for the benefit of the people in the district," said the head of the district administration.

He awarded a total of 16 district councillors who had been in the district council for at least 15 years with the district's Medal of Merit - the highest award the district can bestow: Ulrich Bahmer (Ditzingen), Kornelius Bamberger (Bönnigheim), Gero Dorda (Asperg), Albrecht Fischer (Vaihingen an der Enz), Rainer Fröbel (Murr), Hans-Jürgen Kemmerle (Ludwigsburg), Bernd Kirnbauer (Ludwigsburg), Claus Langbein (Kornwestheim), Manfred List (Bietigheim-Bissingen), Herbert Pötzsch (Marbach am Neckar), Werner Rohloff (Vaihingen an der Enz), Reinhard Rosner (Oberstenfeld), Claus Schmiedel (Ludwigsburg), Ewald Wildermuth (Bietigheim-Bissingen), Joachim Wirth (Möglingen), Erich Zucker (Löchgau).

District Administrator Haas presented the District Council's bronze medal of merit for 20 years of membership in the district council to Karl-Heinz Balzer (Remseck am Neckar), Konrad Epple (Ditzingen), Rainer Fröbel (Murr), Armin Haller (Ludwigsburg), Klaus Herrmann (Ludwigsburg), Claus Langbein (Kornwestheim), Gerd Maisch (Vaihingen an der Enz), Herbert Pötzsch (Marbach am Neckar), Reinhard Rosner (Oberstenfeld), Claus Schmiedel (Ludwigsburg), Rudolf Sickinger (Gerlingen), Horst Stegmaier (Erdmannhausen), Ewald Wildermuth (Bietigheim-Bissingen) and Erich Zucker (Löchgau).

District Administrator Haas honored Johann Heer (Ludwigsburg) and Werner Nafz (Hemmingen) for 30 years of membership in the district council with the silver medal of merit of the Landkreistag.

District Administrator Haas awarded Manfred List (Bietigheim-Bissingen) the Gold Medal of Merit for 40 years of membership of the district council.

The head of the district administration also included the other district councillors in his thanks and appreciation.
