In his letter of congratulations, the District Administrator writes: "You have been a member of the district council since 2009 and have helped shape the development of the district. You have been particularly involved in the Administrative Committee and the Environment and Technology Committee. I am delighted that you were re-elected to the district council in 2019 and that you will continue to contribute your experience, which you also have as mayor of Freiberg, to local political work." The letter continues: "I would like to thank you for your commitment to the benefit of the district and its citizens and wish you all the best on your special day, but above all good health. Enjoy a wonderful celebration with your family, friends and acquaintances."
