Stein's work on the committees has shown his motivation to help shape, change and make the district of Ludwigsburg more attractive, writes the head of the district administration.
Andreas Stein was involved in the administrative and technical committees as well as the school, culture and European committee of the district council. From 1989 to 2004, Stein was a continuous member of the district council's Technical Committee, from 1989 to 1994 a deputy member of the Culture, Schools and Europe Committee and from 1994 to 1999 a deputy member of the Administration Committee. From 1989 to 1994, he was also a member of the Association Assembly of the Mittlerer Neckar Regional Association. From 1991 to 2004, Stein was a deputy member of the Supervisory Board of AVL. He was a deputy member of the administrative board of Kreissparkasse from 1999 to 2004.
In 2004, Andreas Stein was awarded the district's Medal of Merit.
