District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier honors 26 service anniversaries

The 26 long-serving employees honored by District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier on Wednesday (February 19) in a small ceremony at the district hall have worked together for a total of 830 years in public service.

A diverse group of approximately 30 people is gathered in a well-lit indoor space, some holding bouquets of flowers. They are smiling and appear to be celebrating a special occasion. The environment features modern architecture and decorative artwork.

District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier (4th from left), Chairwoman of the Staff Council Nadine Costeira (3rd from left), Head of Department Dr. Christian Sußner (back row, 3rd from right) and Head of the Main Office Andreas Eschbach (back row, 1st from right) with the long-serving employees.

Among them were twelve employees celebrating their 40th anniversary; the other 14 have been in public service for 25 years. "These service anniversaries are something special - especially in this day and age," said the head of the district administration. "Thank you very much for your loyalty and I hope that you continue to enjoy your work." Staff Council Chairwoman Nadine Costeira agreed with this. District Councillor Allgaier then presented the honorees with bouquets of flowers and wine gifts.
