Actively Finding New Approaches
This free group training helps fathers and mothers focus on what matters most: the well-being of their children. The program alternates between theoretical input, group exercises, and self-awareness activities. The experts teach how to communicate objectively and how parents can continue to function as a stable “team” even after their relationship has ended. The goal is to discover new ways of approaching everyday parenting through discussion and structured exercises.
Flexible and discreet from home
The training takes place online every Monday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. To provide a safe space for discussion, only one parent participates per course session—ensuring an open and confidential atmosphere. For those interested who are unable to secure a spot in the fall or are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, another course session will be offered in spring 2027.
Parenting Training (Fall Session) with Six Sessions
The parenting training includes the following sessions: October 5—Separation and Opportunity; October 12—Conflicts and Solutions; October 19—My Child and the Separation; November 2 – Remaining Parents – Part 1; November 9 – Remaining Parents – Part 2; and November 16 – “Working Team” Model for the Future.
Registration by September 18
Those interested in the course starting in October can register with one of the two partnering organizations by September 18, 2026. Participation is free of charge thanks to the collaboration between the district and Caritas. All that is required is a device with internet access (laptop or tablet).
