In it, the head of the district administration writes: "You have been a member of the district council since 2014 and have helped shape the development of the district. You are particularly involved in the Environment and Technology Committee, the Culture and School Committee and the School Advisory Board. You are also a deputy in the association meeting of the Helene-Lange-Gymnasium special-purpose association." The letter continues: "I have fond memories of our trips to the mountains and our stays at the Ludwigsburger Hütte."
District Administrator Haas thanks Apfelbach for his commitment to the benefit of the district and its citizens and wishes him all the best, especially good health, on his special day. "Enjoy a wonderful celebration with your family, friends and acquaintances," writes Haas at the end of the letter.
