It reads: "You have been a member of the district council since 2009 and have helped shape the development of the district. You are particularly involved in the Environment and Technology Committee, the Administration Committee and the Culture and Schools Committee. You are also involved in the Council of Elders, the School Advisory Board and the Supervisory Board of AVL." Finally, Haas thanked Schimke for his commitment to the district and wished him "all the best, but above all good health" on his birthday.
