Separations or divorces are difficult and stressful situations for parents and children. Nevertheless, it is important to come to an understanding and minimize the negative effects, especially on the children. This is where the training offered comes in: It aims to accompany those affected through this difficult phase and provide help with which a separation situation can be better managed. By looking at one's own behavior in a more objective context, new options for action can be discovered and solutions found. It is about maintaining communication between the parents, the needs of children in separation situations and tips on how a separated couple can fulfill their parental role well. Materials help the participants to implement the content they have learned in everyday life.
The titles of the six modules of the parent training course are: "Separation and opportunity" (March 20), "Conflicts and solutions" (March 27), "My child and the separation" (April 3), "Staying parents - Part 1" (April 10), "Staying parents - Part 2" (May 8) and "Future model working team" (May 15). There are still places available for the training.
